Delete your account and data — Syrian Tariff app by MIDTRANS
من داخل التطبيق
- افتح التطبيق واضغط أيقونة الحساب أعلى الشاشة (حسابي).
- اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد.
يُحذف فوراً: حسابك، وملفك الشخصي (الاسم والبريد والهاتف)، واشتراكك في نشرة البنود، والحسابات المربوطة (Google وApple وFacebook).
بدون التطبيق
أرسل من البريد المسجل في حسابك رسالة إلى info@midtrans.org بعنوان «حذف حساب تطبيق التعرفة». نحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يوماً ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.
محادثات ميرا
سجلات أسئلتك لميرا تُحذف أيضاً عند الطلب بالبريد نفسه. وهي محفوظة كسجلات خدمة عملاء إلى أن تطلب حذفها.
ما يبقى على جهازك
اللغة والمفضلة وإعدادات التطبيق محفوظة على جهازك فقط، وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق.
In the app
- Open the app and tap the account icon at the top (My account).
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Deleted straight away: your account, your profile (name, email, phone), your newsletter subscription and the linked sign-ins (Google, Apple, Facebook).
Without the app
From the email address on your account, write to info@midtrans.org with the subject “Delete my Syrian Tariff account”. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
MIRA chats
Your MIRA chat records are also deleted on request by the same email. Until you ask, they are kept as customer-service records.
What stays on your device
Language, favourites and app settings are kept on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.
