من نحن
التطبيق من MIDTRANS (المتوسط للشحن والخدمات). وهو تطبيق غير رسمي، ولا يتبع لأي جهة حكومية. المصدر الرسمي للتعرفة هو موقع الهيئة العامة للمنافذ البرية والبحرية: website.syrianborders.gov.sy.
ما يعمل بدون أي بيانات منك
البحث في التعرفة والاطلاع على البنود يعمل بدون حساب وبدون إنترنت، ولا يرسل ما تبحث عنه إلينا.
البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا
- الحساب (اختياري): عند إنشاء حساب أو الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple أو Facebook أو بالبريد، نحفظ الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وطريقة الدخول، وتفضيل نشرة البنود. الغرض: الحساب والملف الشخصي وإرسال النشرة لمن اشترك فيها.
- ميرا (المساعد): الأسئلة التي ترسلها إلى ميرا ورقم البند المفتوح تُرسل إلى خوادم ميدترانس لتوليد الإجابة، وتُحفظ كسجل محادثة خدمة عملاء. ميرا تستخدم نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي لتوليد النص.
- الإشعارات (اختياري): إذا وافقت على الإشعارات، يُحفظ رمز الجهاز للإشعارات فقط لإرسال تنبيهات تحديث التعرفة والنشرة.
- أسعار الشحن (اختياري): يجلب التطبيق أسعار الشحن العامة من خوادمنا، ولا يرسل بيانات شخصية لذلك.
ما لا نفعله
- لا إعلانات، ولا معرّف إعلانات، ولا تتبع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع.
- لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
الخدمات التي نستخدمها
- Google Firebase: الحسابات (Authentication)، وحفظ الملف الشخصي (Firestore، منطقة الدوحة)، والإشعارات (Cloud Messaging).
- Apple وGoogle وMeta (Facebook): فقط عند اختيار الدخول بحساباتها.
- خوادم ميدترانس (api.midtrans.org): ميرا وأسعار الشحن.
الحفظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالحساب حتى تحذفه. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب، أو بطلب منا. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للعاملين في الاستيراد والتصدير والتخليص، وليس للأطفال.

Who we are
The Syrian Tariff app is made by MIDTRANS (Mediterranean Shipping & Services). It is an unofficial app and is not affiliated with any government entity. The official source of the tariff is the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports: website.syrianborders.gov.sy.
What works without any data from you
Searching the tariff and reading codes works without an account and offline. Your searches are not sent to us.
Data we collect and why
- Account (optional): when you create an account or sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook or email, we keep your name, email address, phone number, sign-in method and your newsletter choice. Purpose: your account, your profile and, if you subscribe, the tariff newsletter.
- MIRA (assistant): questions you send to MIRA, and the code you have open, are sent to MIDTRANS servers to produce the answer and are kept as customer-service chat records. MIRA uses a generative AI model to write its replies.
- Notifications (optional): if you allow notifications, a device push token is kept only to send tariff-update alerts and the newsletter.
- Freight prices (optional): the app downloads public freight prices from our servers; no personal data is sent for this.
What we do not do
- No ads, no advertising ID, no tracking across apps or websites.
- We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Services we use
- Google Firebase: accounts (Authentication), profile storage (Firestore, Doha region) and notifications (Cloud Messaging).
- Apple, Google and Meta (Facebook): only when you choose to sign in with them.
- MIDTRANS servers (api.midtrans.org): MIRA and freight prices.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (My account → Delete account) or by asking us. See Delete account and data.
Children
The app is meant for people working in import, export and customs clearance, not for children.
